How long does it take to process and order?
We want to make sure that your purchase is just as special. That's why it may take a few days for the order you placed on our site - or any item ordered from an online store in general-to be shipped out and delivered!
Our company is dedicated to the environment, and we have very limited supplies of new inventory. You can join our waiting list if you want an opportunity for when these items become available again!
How and when will my order will be shipped?
From Canada to the USA and beyond, we have your shipping covered. We pack orders with care so they reach you in perfect condition - no worries about getting wet or damaged!
How to track my package?
You'll receive an email with your tracking code once the order is ready to be shipped. You can also track it via text message if you included a phone number when creating your profile!
Do you have International shipping?
We do ship internationally, I will recommend you to contact us directly, as we had issues in the past with credit card processing for oversees orders.
We can do international shipping, so we're happy to help with any order. Just contact us and let me know how you want the transaction fee broken down and possible payment gateways.
